Karnataka PSI Salary
The selected candidates will be paid a salary as per the norms of the Karnataka state police officials. The KSP SI Salary starts from INR 37900 per month, as per the 7th pay commission. Karnataka PSI Job Profile
The Karnataka PSI Job Profile includes duties and responsibilities related to:
- maintaining law and order in the assigned area,
- taking appropriate action against the law violators,
- deliver warrants,
- arrest the law-breakers,
- patrolling in the assigned area
- taking proper measures and actions at the time of emergencies such as riot, theft, etc. in the area
- maintaining good public relations in his jurisdiction area
As per the rankings in the police department, a sub-inspector is one of the lowest-ranked police officers and ranks above an Assistant Police Sub-Inspector and below an Inspector.
A sub-inspector :
